Customer Services

With a team of around 40 people, we contribute to the company's reputation through the first-class service we provide. As a member of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), it is our ambition to exceed customer expectations and provide a professional world-class service. Our membership reflects the company’s commitment to the highest standards in this area, and we are working towards ICS accreditation to gain industry recognition.

We look after all aspects of customer service including:

  • General enquiries
  • Technical advice
  • Order processing (thousands every month)
  • After sale


About our team

Our team is made up of Sales Advisors and Sales Support Administrators, supported by Supply Co-ordinators and Production Planners.
The team is an integral part of the business, with many interactions with other departments.
Everybody’s opinion is listened to and respected.
Teamwork is key; we have a strong belief in supporting each other and colleagues in other departments to meet customer expectations.
We recognise and celebrate achievements (so there are quite a few cakes)!

There can be opportunities to move within the department and into team leader and management positions. Within Marley, there is also potential to move into external sales, technical, accounts, business development, and more.
