The AJ Student Prize
Celebrating the next generation of architects
The Architects Journal (“AJ”) have launched the Student Prize to recognise the outstanding projects produced by the architectural schools based within the UK. All RIBA registered schools have been invited to submit the final year projects from two of their best students – one at undergraduate (Part 1) and one at postgraduate (Part 2) levels.
In its inaugural year the AJ Student Prize received 78 entries across 44 schools. All nominations have now been considered and the presentation night for the winners is approaching on the 18th September at Here East in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, E15 2QW.
The entries were all published within the annual AJ Student issue in July which can be found here.
Marley is delighted to be the founder partner of these awards, celebrating the architectural profession and designers of the future. Engaging with architects at an early stage enables us to understand the narrative and intentions of their projects, these can then be maintained within the delivered project.
Over the past 6 years we have run our own architectural schools program which allows us to connect with and build relationships with architectural professionals right from the start, and the Student Prize compounds are commitment to this initiative.
If you have any queries in regards to the Student Prize or our Architectural schools program then please email us at email@example.com. Further information can also be found on the AJ website by clicking here.
