How do I change my password?

I've placed an order with Marley, but it does not appear in My Open Orders, what can I do?
Please check the order processing time indicator on your My Account home page, but if you have any further questions please contact your Customer Service Advisor, who's details can be found on your home page dashboard.
By using My Account how secure is the information?
At Marley we do our upmost to ensure that your data is treated and stored securely. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your account information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
How can I find directions to my nearest Marley location?

I would like to order a bulk quantity of samples for a display stand, how can I do this?
The My Account 'request a sample' service is for small project related requests only. If you require a larger number of samples please contact your Customer Service Advisor.
I would like to request a site quote but I do not have the full site details.
In order to successfully process your request certain information is mandatory e.g. address, developer, site size, project start and end date and product. Without these details we will not be able to provide you with a quote.
I have submitted a request for a Site Quote, Sample or piece of Literature but have yet to receive it, what should I do?
Here at Marley we always aim to action your requests promptly. However, if you would like to discuss your request please contact your Customer Service Advisor.
