To help you plan in the run up to Christmas, please make a note of our Christmas closing and reopening dates for Customer Services and Accounts, and Customer Collections.

Customer Services & Accounts

 - Closing 4:00pm Tuesday 24th December 2024
 - Reopening 8:00am Thursday 2nd January 2025

Customer Collections

Closing
 - Beenham, Glasgow and Gainsborough close at their usual time Monday 23rd December
 - Aylesford, Bridgend, Burton and Keele close 12:00pm Tuesday 24th December

Reopening
 - All sites reopen at their usual time on Thursday 2nd January, except Glasgow which opens on Friday 3rd January
