Find all 5 elves and you'll be entered into a prize draw to win a team prize with a value of up to £1000! It could be a coffee machine, restaurant voucher or team-building experience voucher.

As an existing Marley My Account user, you're ready to take part.

Step 2:

Log in to My Account each week between 9th November and 13th December 2026 to find the elf hidden on one of the My Account pages and submit the form to enter the weekly prize draw.

Step 3:

Find all 5 elves and submit the entry form each week to be entered into the grand prize draw.

Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Marley Ltd registered in the United Kingdom at Lichfield Road, Branston, Burton on Trent DE14 3HD (“the Promoter”).

Promotion Period
The promotion runs from Monday 9th November 2026 to Sunday 13th December 2026 inclusive (“the Promotion Period”).

Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter or its agents not eligible to enter.
Internet access and a valid My Account profile are required.

How to Enter
To receive an entry into each weekly prize draw, customers must log in to their My Account to find and elf that is hidden on one of the pages of My Account. A “week” is defined as Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (UK time).
Only one entry per person per week will be counted. Multiple logins within the same week will not generate additional entries.
Each entrant must complete the entry form to be entered into the prize draw.

Grand Prize Draw Eligibility
Customers who find all 5 elves and submit the entry form during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one entry into the Grand Prize Draw.
Only one Grand Prize Draw entry per eligible customer.

Prizes
Weekly Prizes: Each weekly prize draw winner will receive either:
a Cadbury hamper
a £100 Amazon voucher.

Grand Prize
One winner will a team-based prize with a value if up to £1000.
Prize Conditions
All prizes are subject to availability.
Where a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, subject to agreement with the winner.
Prizes are non transferable and no cash alternative is available unless otherwise stated.

Winner Selection
Weekly prize draw winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries for that week.
The Grand Prize Draw winner will be selected at random from all customers who meet the eligibility criteria
Draws will be conducted within 7 days of the end of each relevant week or the Promotion Period.

Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their My Account within 7 days of the draw.
Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may request proof of identity or account ownership.
The Promoter may withhold a prize if reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms arises.

Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of this promotion unless consent is given for other purposes.

General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
