Marley Price Notification 1st January 2026

Marley shall be applying a general increase to the prices of our concrete and clay roof tiles, fittings and accessories on 1st January 2026.  

As you will recognise from your own businesses, we are experiencing rising cost pressures across raw materials, logistics and labour. These challenges are affecting not only our sector but the wider construction industry and related markets. Our decision follows a period in which we have absorbed significant cost increases, but it has now become necessary to implement price adjustments in order to mitigate the ongoing impact of inflation.

This increase will not apply to fixed price quotations until the end of the agreed period. The increase will be applied to all existing orders in our system with a delivery date after 1st January 2026.  Please ensure that you update your purchase orders accordingly, as invoice queries could delay subsequent deliveries and collections. 
 
A new price list will be issued digitally, with revised quotations in advance of the increase.  Please note, you will be able to access your new prices through My Account at marley.co.uk/my-account.
