Roofing Price Increase Notification 1st January 2027

This is not a decision we have taken lightly, and we recognise the impact that price increases can have on our customers. However, continued external market pressures, including the effects of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, have contributed to sustained inflation across several key areas of our business.

In particular, we continue to experience rising raw material costs, increased energy prices and wider manufacturing pressures. Most significantly, the volatility in fuel prices has placed considerable additional pressure on our haulage costs.

We have made every effort to manage these challenges and absorb additional costs wherever possible. However, given the scale and continued impact of these increases, a price adjustment has become unavoidable to ensure we can maintain the high standards of product quality, service and reliability that our customers expect.
We will be increasing our prices on the following products:
 
Metric Concrete Interlocking Tiles: £40 per thousand 
Ashmore, Ludlow Plus & Anglia Concrete Interlocking Tiles:£25 per thousand
Concrete Plain Tiles: £10 per thousand
Concrete Fittings: 2.5%
Roofing Accessories: 2.5%
Lincoln Clay Interlocking Tiles: £40 per thousand
Clay Plain Tiles:£25 per thousand
Clay Fittings: 3.0%

Existing fixed-price quotations will remain valid until the end of their agreed period. The revised prices will apply to all existing orders in our system scheduled for delivery on or after 1st January 2027. We kindly ask that you update your purchase orders to reflect the revised pricing, as any discrepancies may result in delays to deliveries or collections. A new price list will be issued digitally, alongside revised quotations ahead of the increase. Please note, you will be able to access your new prices through My Account at marley.co.uk/my-account.
