Roofing Price Increase Notification 1st June 2026

We shall be applying an increase to the prices of our concrete and clay roof tiles, fittings, and accessories on 1st June 2026.

This decision follows several significant external market forces which are driving sustained cost inflation due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. We have experienced continued increases in raw material costs and broader manufacturing pressures due to increased energy prices. However, the most significant and immediate impact has been on transportation and distribution. The impact of fuel prices rising sharply is having a direct effect on our logistics and haulage costs.

Given these combined external cost pressures, we will be increasing our prices on the following products;
 
Metric Concrete Interlocking Tiles:   £25 per thousand 
Ashmore, Ludlow Plus & Anglia Concrete Interlocking Tiles:  £18 per thousand
Concrete Plain Tiles: £10 per thousand
Concrete Fittings: 2.5%
Roofing Accessories: 10%
Lincoln Clay Interlocking Tiles: £50 per thousand
Clay Plain Tiles: £18 per thousand
Clay Fittings:   3.5%

This increase will apply to all quotations, including fixed price quotations, from 1st June 2026 with revised quotations issued in advance. The increase will be applied to all existing orders in our system with a delivery date after 1st June 2026. Please ensure your purchase orders are updated accordingly, as pricing queries could delay subsequent deliveries or collections. A new price list will be issued digitally, alongside revised quotations, ahead of the increase. Please note, you will be able to access your new prices through My Account at marley.co.uk/my-account.

This decision has not been taken lightly, maintaining price stability remains a priority for both Marley and our customers. As we recognise the challenges associated with applying surcharges, we have taken the step of implementing an extraordinary price increase. Please be assured, we are monitoring this situation closely and should market conditions return to normal levels, we will review our pricing accordingly.
