Based at our manufacturing sites at Burton upon Trent, Beenham, Glasgow, and Kelle, our team includes a Q&E Manager, Company Advisor, Concrete Manager, Q&E Officers and QA Technicians.
Our aim is to maintain a clear understanding of our customers’ needs and to exceed them. We achieve this by continually innovating ways of manufacturing our products and providing an even better service by regularly analysing our activities. We are also responsible for achieving conformance to the company’s declared specifications and compliance to applicable legislation.
We work to achieve improvement through regular communication with other departments, management support and teamwork. It is an approach that has reaped real results: we have identified areas of improvement for products, services, and the working environment.
