Our approach to doing business
Marley cares about how we do business and we believe we have a duty to be good corporate citizens.
We are driven by a desire to operate in an open and transparent manner so that people can understand how we operate and the standards and principles we hold ourselves to. Our board monitors the activities of the business to ensure our executive team oversee processes that are sound and deliver for ourselves and our wider stakeholders.
Operating standards
All of our manufacturing sites are independently assessed and operate to ISO standards covering the areas of quality, environmental management and health and safety. These standards include:
- ISO 9001 - Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- ISO 14001 - Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
- ISO 45001 - Occupational Health and Safety
Our adoption of the BES 6001 standard for Responsible Sourcing of Construction Products enables us to take a more responsible and sustainable approach to the sourcing of the materials that go into making our products.
