She has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a particular focus on social housing and refurbishment projects. Lydia works on full-system roofing and solar projects, providing specification guidance and support, while remaining dedicated to exploring how manufacturers can add real value to schemes and support both asset teams and contractors throughout their projects. She began her career in civil and temporary works before moving into the acoustic installation manufacturing sector. Over a decade ago, Lydia joined Marley as an Area Sales Manager, where she has continued to build her expertise and make a positive impact on social housing projects.
