After appointing Marley Contract Services to complete the roofing contract, Cala Homes specified Marley’s Duo Edgemere Concrete Interlocking Slates in smooth grey for roofing, which complement the stone finish of the homes. Marley’s concrete plain tiles were also used around the dormer windows on the luxury homes.

With properties surpassing the £1m mark, Cala Homes were keen to ensure the roofing solution for the specification of the ten properties complemented the high-end aesthetics of the site. The Duo Edgemere slates in Smooth Grey provided the perfect answer, while the cost-effective nature of the product allowed budgets to be stretched to other areas of the specification other than the roof.
