Quintain House

Quintain House's clay tiled roof is sympathetic to those in nearby traditional villages in the surrounding area. Its striking undulating form was very challenging on a technical level and was achieved using Acme Double Camber clay plain tiles in Burnt Flame, demonstrating their versatility in creating complex roof designs.

The project demonstrates the highest standards of roofing expertise, craftsmanship and delivery to turn an ambitious architectural vision into striking reality. The stunning curves articulated by the beauty of clay tiles are the crowning glory of a roofing masterpiece.

With a longitudinal and latitudinal camber, the unique double curve presents the designer with the opportunity to create highly textured roofscapes with accentuated light and shade.
