Institute of Customer Service

Institute of Customer Service is the UK’s independent, professional membership body for customer service. We are committed to enhancing the service experience we provide for our customers by working closely with the ICS since 2015.

Our Customer Service employees work towards professional service qualifications, certified by the Institute of Customer Service to recognise the high standard of service we deliver/ensure that our customers receive excellent standards of service. Customer Service Practitioners (those completing the qualification) work closely with Coaches to achieve the qualifications.
