What is Dry Fix roofing

Marley roof system render

Dry fix roofing accessories and fittings have developed considerably over the last couple of decades as an alternative to mortar bedding.

Dry fix systems are mechanically fixed, which is a more reliable installation method compared with the traditional method of mortar fixing. In addition to being maintenance free, dry fix ridge systems also provide ventilation that are able to contribute to the requirements of BS 5250, the code of practice for the control of condensation.

Marley has been at the forefront of innovation in the dry fix industry and was the first manufacturer to launch an interlocking verge system.
