What low pitch options are there for concrete roofs?

We offer a number of different low pitch concrete roof tiles.

Mendip | Mendip 12.5 - A concrete interlocking tile that has instant visual appeal and exceptional strength. The Mendip tile range is ideal for low pitch roofs, the standard Mendip can go down to 15° and the Mendip 12.5 can perform at pitches as low as 12.5°.

Wessex - The low profile Wessex is at the forefront of low pitch performance: designed to shed water efficiently with clean, simple lines and a minimalist style. Designed to shed water efficiently at pitches down to 15°, the Wessex interlocking tile has clean, simple lines and a pleasing minimalist style.

Edgemere - With its leading edge of only 18mm, the Edgemere has been precision-engineered to be 40% thinner than standard concrete interlocking tiles. Its large format coupled with a broken-bond laying technique make it ideal for quick and easy installation, saving you time and money, and it is versatile enough to be used on pitches as low as 17.5°.

It is important to remember that local building surveyors will almost always check the roof tile is suitable for your pitch. Laying a product below its minimum pitch can prove to be a costly mistake, creating a risk of leaking, so it is always important to check what is being used and whether it is suitable.

Other factors can limit the compatibility of a roof tile for a particular installation, so it is worth seeking advice from the tile manufacturer to determine suitability.
