The development used a blend of different roof designs and styles to give a contrasting aesthetic between the properties.
As well as the Lincoln clay pantiles in Rustic Red, Chestnut Homes used Smooth Grey Edgemere interlocking tiles, Smooth Grey & Old English Dark Red Mendip tiles and Smooth Grey Anglia tiles.
